Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am 30, married and staying away from family since 2007. I have never taken financial support from my parents since 2005. I have son and one younger brother also.

For declaration of my family income and dependents - does my mother income comes under consideration ?

I am planning to go for further studies and scholarship is based on family income.

To determine scholarship, your mother's income may be excluded. For a need based scholarship, you are required to provide details of your own income only.
