Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am 41, married witha daughter(16) and a son(13). My husband was working in a private Multinational Pharmacuticle company. In 2003 suddenly he left his job without informing me. as this was a transferable job we were out from our inlaws town. With me and two children we came back to our home town and tried to get back to our own rooms which we did not lock at the time of leaving it. my father in law vacated my matrimonial room in our absence and did not allowed us to live in the house. we stayed out on rent for 1 1/2 years. There my husband forced me to earn, beated me, did not maintained any relationship with me, roamed with other woman,in laws came and tortured me asking to get money from my father. after 1 1/2 years in laws called us back asking to get money and construct a saperate set to live. as my father was unable he only helped with a small amount. I filed a case in local police station as they did not let me take food and beated me. In course of bail application my husband compromised and took us back with him as me and children were stayed with my parents during the court case. He again tortured me and children and did not maintained in spite of the conditions of the compromis agreement. Me again filed for maintainance and got a small amount which is not sufficient for me and children. Rather husband uses to take fodd and other things forcefully from me. As after leaving his job my husband deals wih medicine business he do not showed any income to me neither eny document related to his business. I am afraid if he can run away leaving me and children. what can i do to protect myself and children ? what rights do I have on my husbands P. F. Accounts which I doubt he has took out and kept somewhwre ? How can I get access to my husbands earnings ?

File ma petition under the Domestic Violence act for interim maintenance and residence against your husband. You will get relief from the court without giving divorce to him.
