Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am 35 old married woman waiting for my divorce from my first husband. As my age is on the higher side, I am planning to have a baby through my FUTURE partner, i mean the person whom I am planning to remarry after my divorce from my first husband? Since the divorce may take long, can I have a baby through the fiance? Will this have any impact on my Divorce? Is it legal?
