Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am 28..married..i do not keep any relatio with my divorcee mom..i do keep relation with my dad who arranged my marriage...my own sister threatens me of "legal notices" to financially look after my mother who is presently earning 40000 per month as a hospital head nurse...is there really any law which expects me to financially support my earning mom when i am unemployed?
