1.My father is Govt employee,My mother Died last 8 years before ,after mothers die Afether get second marrage, My step mother dont have children so my father will retire in next few months ,I am married woman ,I am only daughter to my father ,If i am get the properties from my father legally ,My step mother is opposing to giving properties to me,What is the eligability on my fathers Assets as as a Daughter .
2.My Fathers All his Government records & LIC polocies My died mother is nominee, and House and Lands are in my name, but After My marrage my step mother removes her Name , Recently i know these issue because What ever may be saving and assets Created by Mother period only , Step mothers role is Less and she is only Living with my father Last 8 years only ,My age is 25 @ 23 I am married
3.My father addicted to her ,What is my rights on Fathers assets, Can i have any Legal laws return back the properties,

you need to file a suit restraining your step mother creating third party interest in respect to assets and valuable securities left by your father. you may seek partition and succession to those properties.
