Legal Question in Family Law in India
1- can a person marry in the address given ( address proff certificate ) area only . or can he marry in any place after giving the adress. eg. a delhite ( adress certicate , delhi ) can he marry in kerala court .
2- for marrying a divorced us citizen ( indian origin ) do the court ask for any certicate from her
3- if so what certifacte one should submit 4 court marraige .

You can marry anywhere but the marriage registration can be done only in the place where you reside or can submit residential proof.
