The abovesaid is the daily order of false DV case filed by my wife which i have seen on the court website came to know from some of my source.....whereas its a fact that i havent received any summon in this regard and I m proceeded ex-parte by the court. Whats the meaning of "ex parte PE" stands for ?? for which the court put for next date...???? What i have to do further in this regard so as to not let down my impression further in front of the court...??

Ex parte PE means the court will take up evidence from the petitioner,
Now when you have knowledge of the proceedings, direct you're lawyer to appear and take further action on this regard.

You can move an application to the court to get exparte order set aside. You can still participate in courts proceedings. Engage a lawyer who will guide you in each and every step. Dont take this matter lightly.......Please check Sanjay Kalra and Associates on the internet to know more about our law firm and the legal services we are rendering for our clients from all over the World.
Engage a lawyer, find the date and appear before the court.
You may set aside the exparte order if possible and court permits. Set aside may not be permitted sometimes. otherwise file appeal before district court. Question seems u r from Tamil nadu, Call me for clarifications
