1- what is the purpose of a husband to obtain RCR under section 9 HMA and how long it is effective if wife agrees to stay in matrimonial home after obtaining RCR by husband ?
2- When wife continues to live with husband and again mental harassment of the wife continues by the husband and his family after obtaining RCR, then what wife should do ?
3-All daily uses items such as Clothes, Ornaments etc. are in matrimonial home, how can she recover these if her husband and in-laws denies to give,when the petition for RCR is pending in court ?
4- How can a wife get protection against harassment by husband & in-laws if stays in matrimonial home?
5-If wife is working and earning,can she be eligible, even though, to get maintenance for herself and child ?

RCR just restore the conjugal relations but it is no guarantee that the couple would stay together for life. regarding harassment, wife has a number of legal options for redressal of the same viz. DV Act, 498a etc. stridhan may also be recovered through crime against women cell. even during stay in matrimonial home, DV protection can be obtained. regarding maintenance, working woman comparatively gets less maintenance as compared to housewives.
