how 2 save from fake dowry case.
I am afraid my wife/in-laws want to file a fake dowry case or FIR against myself n my parents.
I am married more than 9 years, we both were not happy with each other, now we are separated since last 12 months. i have 5 year old baby girl living with my wife at my in-laws place.I am still ready to live together and ready to take care my wife and child, please help!
Question: Is there any way i can save my parents/myself from harassment or imprison?

you thinking of your parents and yourself but you need to think of your daughter first. you may go for settlement by talking to the elders of her family. in case they adamant on filing criminal cases, you may seek help of a lawyer and file an application seeking anticipatory bail.
You cannot do much to save your parents if your wife wants to trouble or harass them . You can negotiate or compromise with her and i feel she would not harm you.
