Legal Question in Family Law in India

at 1st the mutual divorce case was submited in july 2010. after that 1st hearing date was 4th april 2011. but now a days divorce case was not disclosed from this court. so our lawyer applied the divorce mater from another court & the petition was submitted 6th april 2011. court gave us date 23rd nov 2011. how & when i will be fully free from the case? can i marrie to another women in this moment?

no u cant marry unless u got the divorce

after first motion there is time period of 6 months for second motion

so u may get divorce on 23rd nov 2011 . so wait till than

The minimum period is 6 months in Mutual Consent Divorce from ist motion to second.. When 1st hearing was in july 2010 then the 2nd motion should have been january 2011.
