Legal Question in Family Law in India

hi i am 21, i have a step brother, who has not given me any of my fathers property rights, he pays me a small sum of money as per the consent terms that was made between my mother and father, can i claim for my share in my fathers property from my step brother as my father is no more? the consent terms were made between my mother and father not me so can i claim?

You have equal rights over the property along with your brother. The property has to be divided as per Hindu Succession Act and consent can't alter this.
