1-What is the period to obtain final judgement of a RCR petition under section 9 HMA,if wife agrees to stay with husband?

2-What is the ratio for maintenance for wife and child ?

3- Can husband and his family claim on the salary amount of a wife for home expenses?

there is no time limit but usually it is around 2 years.

2. there is no ration for maintenance, but it is upto court.

3. no they cannot claim.
