Hi,

1)If me and my wife apply for mutual consent divorce and if my wife withdraws the case in between, can she file a 498 against me and how much the case weighs on 498 after this.

2) If I apply for annulment of marriage can my wife file a 498 against me. I fi win the annulment of marriage case, am I entitled to give maintainence and alimony.

in case your wife withdraws the consent after accepting the payment, she may be tried for perjury. there is no bar to filing of f.i.r. u/s 498a.
