Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have a 3 year old baby girl and now we intend going for mutual divorce inspite of his cruelty and infidelity.Can I have exclusive child custody or does it have to be a shared one.

I am now working since last one month though I was a home maker till now,I have no savings or financial support besides a salary of Rs 45000.00. His salary is 2.5 Lacs per month. Am I entitled to

a.Alimony - monthly or permanent maintenance.

b.Stri Dhan.

c.Maintenance for the child.

Could a share or proportion of his salary for the above be defined?

You may be entitled to one fourth of his salary/income.

you can ask for exclusive custody, alimony etc and get the consent terms drawn accordingly in mutual consent divorce.
