Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am 34 year old from Baroda. My wife is from Ahmedabad. We are married for last 2 years. I have continuous harrasment from my wife and in-laws ever since my wife got pregnant. There is continuous demand of money from them for one or other reason. My in-laws have siphoned off around 40-50 thousand rupeed from the salary account of my wife which she has earned when she was serving here while staying with me in Baroda. We had a babay girl in Nov 2010. And now she do not want to return to home as I have asked questions when she was asking for money from me.

How I can file divorce and get my baby with me? Please help.

if u want her back then file a case u/s 9 of HMA.

if u want divorce then contact any local lawyer.

if u want your child back then you have to wait for 5 years coz child is small and as per court, husband cannot take care of a child below 5 years. Even after 5 years it is upto court.
