i am 21 year old boy from chandigarh. My parents got divorced when he was 5 years old . now i am living with My mother. can i ask share in propety from my father.and how??

yes you have a share in your father's property unless your father debars you by writing his will in favour of some one else which he can do

Yes, you may, if the property is ancestral, i.e. inherited by your father from his father or his grandfather. If it is his inherited property, you will need to find the actual legal position at appropriate time.
