Legal Question in Family Law in India
i am a 20 year old third year graduation student and due to major differences with my father about my future i have to ask if emancipation is possible in my case. he does pay my fee though. but i can apply for a student loan for my last year college expenses. i just need to get my father's guardianship off me.

Why u want to become an orphan, when ur parents are alive. Try to improve your mind coz none of the parent ever jealous with their children.
Once u will be married only then u will come to know the love and affection of parents.
And i think if u are not thankful to your father then how u will be thankful to any advocate who so ever will try to help you. coz i think u r an opportunist and peoples are only a ladder for you. So sorry for you.
