Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am a 34 year lady from India .I was married as per catholic practice. I have applied for my divorce on the grounds of dowry, cheating, mental and physical harassment by my husband. However my husband has not accepted or acknowledged any of the notices sent by the court nor has he come to court on the hearings. I have no children. We stayed married for 3 months only. He has no lawyer appointed as well. Keeping this mind what are my chances to get a divorce and how soon can I get?

You may expect a very early decision of your divorce application; if your husband is served but not appearing, the court may consider granting you ex parte divorce.
