I am 28 year old, i am living in Delhi, India. As Software Engineer, Home town Karnataka (Mysore)
My Brother he has doing Mechanic work in my home town, Father retire from Hotel Business, Mother house wife, we are four members in my Family,
Brother got married 17, july,2010 and , and 19th July return back to delhi for my Work,
After that I heard, bother�s wife (BABI) was stayed in my house for almost 10 days, after that see went to her house,
After 8 days Brother went to her house to call her, but her father said that , you leave your house and stay with her daughter in house, Brother does not want to do that, because he is the only person to take care my parents, myself always on work Delhi, Bangalore , Mumbai like Deputation).
After certain days My BABI�s Father called me and threaten me that, tell your brother , to stay in our house, other we will file Dowry case against you people, I have discussed this matter with my family, but nobody is willing including my brother.
After 4 months of Marriage they filed Dowry case against us, in FIR, Bother, Father , my Mother and myself. (I saw my Babi, in Marriage only, after that I never saw her).
Marriage date 17.07.2010, she went to her house 28.07.2010, and files case against us 23.10.2010, how is it possible we never ask to give dowry and all, they filed false case against us. I would be grateful if anyone has gone through such a situation can guide me

I already guide you in your earlier post. but anyhow you may file quashing in respect of you but in respect of your other family members, you have to fight the case by hiring any expert lawyer.
