Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am 32 year old .i am living separately from my husband because of problems.i am with my daughter who is 8 years old.i am a house wife.and taking all the care of my child.my husband is earning 70000 per month and paying me 20000 for us .now he is refusing to give me that much of money also.i dont want any devorse.how law can help me.
