Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am 42 years of age and I am getting married for the 3rd time with a lady who too is 42 yrs (her second marriage) post a divorce. I have 2 sons aged 9 & 11 yrs. She has 1 son (16 Yrs) from her first marriage. Is it possible for me to adopt her Son. If Yes, how ? The HAMA saya that I cannot adopt as the child is over 14 yrs and also because I am already the father of 2 male boys. Please advise.

adoption is not possible but he automatically becomes your step son by virtue of marriage of his mother to you.

There is no requirement of adoption under the law . Once you married the woman her child(ren automatically becomes your step child(ren) and vice versa.
