Legal Question in Family Law in India
After 22 years of marriage Our only child expired last year. She went to her mother's place and stayed for 4 months and returned to me, After 3 months of her returning she started investigating what I have I had purchased property in her name and she has taken gold incl. mine worth 50L. They have taken her away after a small fight between us. Now one of her relative has informed me that My wife's parents are asking me to transfer all my assets in my wife's name. Total assets in her name purchased by me R around 75L
What sud I do?
If I don't give divorce what are the pros and cons
I have cancell her name as nominee in all my LIC Policies and property after hearing her parents wish?
She does not say anything. she refers all the talk to her parents and convey their decision.
Very confused as to accept or not?
I took this matter with most of her relatives All her relatives say that she has become a puppet of her parents .
I am 48 and she 44. After her going, after one month she started giving missed calls on my cell.
Please advice

Sir
Heartly sorry for the child.
Why to transfer property in her name? Why dont you file divorce and throw her some property to live, atleast thereby your rest of the life will be good with some new woman and also with a new child, no matter whether your are 48 or more-as per me
You have got the right to your properties if the same has been purchased by you. But now a new amendment is expected by which if husband gives divorce then the wife will have equal share in all the properties existing at that time even though the same has been purchased by the husband with his funds. So think of it and try to avoid giving divorce.

Dear Sir,
You should remain calm, as this is the mental trauma and depression your wife is undergoing as a result of the loss of your son. She seriously needs to be comforted more than anything else. The very fact that she is giving you missed calls is a sure sign of her return back to you.
