I am 27 years married women, 2 years before i got married & i have a kid of 8 months. My problem is my mohter-in-law & my husbands sister. & they are completely dependent on us. they frequently ask us money for their luxurious querral with us. Once in

some situation my mother-in-law beat me when iam 7th month pregnant. can i file a case on her?

Yes, you may seek her criminal prosecution by filing appropriate complaint with the local police under Section 498-A of I.P.C.
