Legal Question in Family Law in India

3 years 6 months boy can claim for his maintenance and

study expenses from his father. Already DVC is in

running.

Seperate case against his father other than DVC.

Pl. advise for study purpose how can approach court

without any evidence of father income.

The boy can claim maintenance from his father for study purpose through Domestic Violence act by moving an application u/s 23 of the Act.

don't take this act as an shield. there is some other way too. go for that if doesn't work then go for maintenance.
