12 years separation, once my divorce petition was rejected, now i came to know that she remarry with a guy and 4 month pregnant.. What should I do, kindly help.

First on what grounds your Petition was dismissed.

Secondly if you have any proof of her second marriage without Divorce then file a case of Bigamy and again you can contest for divorce.

If she pregnant from someone else, that is a fresh ground for divorce. You may file divorce petition again.
