after 7.5 years of seperation,i filed 498a against husband, my husband took me back, i am in husband's home for last 2 days.
he again started quarelling, physically torturng and all.
what should i do?
should i complaint in nearest police sttn or should i went to my parent's home and inform the court about his behaviour???
as i afraid he may harm me anytimes. what should i do, pls suggest.
currently he is in office, and will come back at 7pm. my parents' home is about 3000km far away. will court ask for his behaviour's proofs? how can i coolect the proofs??

Call the Police now and inform them about your apprehension etc and the courts order and your complaint u/s 498a . Police will take action against him.
instead of taking a hasty decision of calling the police straight away, better call up your lawyer and fix an appointment with him for filing a complaint under domestic violence act. in that, you may seek appropriate orders against your husband restraining him from committing any sort of violence.
Before answering your query let me know as to what inspired you to return back.
Never the less what you can do is that at present it would be better if you return back to your parent's place and then from there file a case against him under domestic violence after due consultation with your Lawyer.
