I have a 3.5 years son and I want to his legal custody. I am working and want to shift to delhi where my parents stay, My son is equally atached to his father also,Currentky I am residing in Mumbai , what happens when he turns five do we have equal right

You can get his custody now. Your husband can claim and get the custody only when the child is at least 8 years old
