I have a 3.5 years son and I want to his legal custody. I am working and want to shift to delhi where my parents stay, My son is equally atached to his father also,Currentky I am residing in Mumbai.
Please advise.

you need to file a petition for custody of your son. considering his age you have more probability of getting his custody.
