I 32 Years working for a bank and wife is 30 working for different bank i have logged a divorce case and my mother has logged a criminal case against her since she brutally attacked. our marriage was done two years back till then she rarely used to come to my home now she had given a complaint of dowry harassment and she had logged a complaint that i was not active in sexual intercourse now police have filed an FIR on me my mom and my sis kindly advice how to go about the case and too mention the girl is real arrogant there was many sitting for mediation where their brothers dominated the show since me and my mom was alone in mediation. please advice on priority since i have applied for anti bail and waiting for the decision and more over the girl side people are politically exposed person. Please advice please

as you already have applied for an anticipatory bail, you may procure the bail and fight the case on merits.
