Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am 25 years old working lady. I am having a family problem, I have a step mother. I am fed up of all her acts & my father also fully supports her. It became impossible to live with them any more. I dont want to continue the relationship with them. Neither I want any share in their property. What should I do to legally relieve them from all their responsibilities towards me. My father is a govt. officer.
Thankyou so much Sir, I have just one more question, what should I do if they force me to stay at home or to marry a person ?

no one can force a girl above 18 years to marry against her wishes. see a lawyer for the legal action.
