Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am 25 years old working lady. I am having a family problem, I have a step mother. I am fed up of all her acts & my father also fully supports her. It became impossible to live with them any more. I dont want to continue the relationship with them. Neither I want any share in their property. What should I do to legally relieve them from all their responsibilities towards me. My father is a govt. officer. I am NOT getting any appropriate answer yet.

first and foremost you have to see if you could save your relationship with your father, atleast. You may not need any share in the property but in this world it is always better to have the blessings of an elder person. However, if you think that the ultimatum has reached then all you need to do is to walk out of their life and start living independently. You are major now.
