I am a 20 yr old boy in love with 33 yr old woman. Her husband knows about our relation. As this something different from all other relations it is not acceptable by anyone. We are ready to leave our houses. Please let me know how can she get a divorce from him as he is not ready to give and can she stay with me before she gets a divorce because as far as i know divorce is a long procedure in India. We have no one who can support us. She has no other option rather than staying with me.
So please tell me whether she can stay with me or no before her divorce and will the court give her a divorce even if her husband is not ready and he proves that she is in love with me.

She can live with you, but if her husband is still loving her and does not want to give her divorce, in that sitaution, there is all probablity that he will file a criminal case against you u/s 497, 498 IPC for adultry and related offence.
So it is better for her to firstly get divorce by mutual consent.
