i am 27 yr old husband.i want to get divorce from my wife but she refused she dont want to leave me. i dont want to stay with her.i want one sided divorce how can i get?

No u cant....
Unless she wants to seperate too..after u pay her permanent alimony.
you can file a petition for divorce on the grounds available under the law viz. cruelty, desertion, adultery etc.
you can file the divorce 13 on the grounds mention in law. plz consult any local lawyer

You have not disclosed full facts of your problem. Divorce is not granted by mere "wishing". there has to be sufficient grounds in law for the court to dissolve your marriage.
A note of caution: possibly, your actions may amount to "cruelty" against your wife and she may seek your criminal prosecution.
You may need to give a serious thought to your mental attitude towards marriage and your wife.
