Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi I am a 28 yr old married woman from Virar Maharshtra and my Husband is from from Umergaon in Gujarat, as well as my in-laws, there has been harassment due to which I just lost a child per-maturrely born at 7 months of pregnancy. Now my husband has put a condition that he will accept me only if I leave my job, sell my house in Virar and go and stay with him. I wan to file charges of harassment against my in-laws. Do i have to file a complaint with the police in Umergaon or can I do it in Virar. What are the other options do I have

if you are in Virar you can file a complaint at virar police station. You can also file a case under Domestic Violence Act
