Here, you consider your need in two ways.
First, for getting relive from your marriage life.
Second, continuing studies in Abroad as such.
Solution for First: Even though, you have not yet registered your marriage.Your in laws may have any proof of marriage and that may lead to trouble you in any means by them in future. So,you strictly apply for divorce in court to have healthier future indeed.
Solution for Second:You can very well go to abroad by placing an attorney to lead your case and you may need to come to appear the Trail in court accordingly.
For visa, purpose. You may mention Divorce applied and instead of Husband, you fill the column of Father and attests the signature of your father as Guardian.
You are free to go abroad without consent of your husband. For visa purposes, you will not need your husband's signatures.
