Legal Question in Family Law in India

Am 23yrs old and in my house they forcefully married me without my wish. I hate marriage my elder brother sexually harassing me from the age of 12, I complained to my family but they are against me for telling such things, but now am employed am not under someone I don't want to marry anyone its enough that I have experienced I hate mens so I want to live alone and continue my education and career. I feel very bad being with some person, its 1weak my marriage and I cannot continue staying here nor going back to my home, so please help me in how many days can i get divorce

To begin with, you should have told your fiancee before marriage that you do not want to get marry. Now that you are married for a wk you have to either getting the marriage declared as nullity being under undue pressure. Or You will have to file for divorce.
