what are the grounds for seeking divorce. there are fault grounds for filing a petition for divorce and the divorce may also be filed on no fault ground whereby filing a petition for divorce by mutual consent. do come back with all the details.

p.s. you have a daughter as well so it is advisable to not to go for divorce.
