Legal Question in Family Law in India
Hi, am 34 yrs old male from Karnataka. I got married 6 yrs back, I have 3 yrs old female baby. There was some small small fights / misunderstands were there. But now, around 2 months back my wife's father mother came to my place & took my wife to their house and now she is denying to come back & moreover she is refusing to give divorce, she is telling i can move divorce papers, she will reply to that. She want to stay with her parents. She claims that, I do not have sufficient money to take care of her & our Baby. In all these 6 yrs she never cooperated with me in sex. I am really fed up. Please guide me what I have to do.

dear client getting divorce to man is not easy in India. first file case of restitution of conjugal rights petition under sec 9 of Hindu marriage acct. if yr wife doesnot come back after court order then file divorce case. u will get divorce. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
