Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am 32 yrs male.Married newly..My wife is not co-operating with me in any case..I am ner to my inlaws house..she leaves me and goes to her mothers house..now and then.when i am sick also she left me and went to her mothers house for a week.what should i do?she is not taking care of me ..
