i am 25 yrs old and got married last April.Now i have realize that my marriage wont work so i want to know if and when i can file for divorce and on what grounds.I also wish to seperate from my family as well.Can i file a case on my dad to get leagally what is mine.

You can file your Divorce after april this year after you finish 1 year of marriage and there are lot of grounds under the act for you to decide accordingly . Yes to your 2nd question.
file divorce after one year of marriage. for grounds applicable to your Divorce your full facts are required. In case of self acquired property of your father you can't claim from him but in case of ancestral property you can get your share .
