Legal Question in Family Law in India
For last 1 1/2 yrs my wife is staying with her parents along with our son because of difference of opinion.
She is very arrogant and angrily i beaten her up 2 months back.
I've never done such kind of act in my life so far.
She is not ready to listen anything and does not allow me to meet our son also.
She had tendered NC against me in police stn and police advised me to go to family court.
I don't want divorce at all and want my wife to come back and stay with our family happlily.
Pls help me out.

If you don't want divorce & talks with your wife failed. Then you may file a petition in the District Court u/s 9 of HMA for Restitution of Conjugal Rights. However, it is more advisable to go through the Mediation.
An act of 'wife beating' may be viewed against you severely and may visit you with penal consequences including a jail term. Therefore, better you tender unconditional apologies to your wife and seek her forgiveness. Only she can help/save you.
