Legal Question in Family Law in India
Hi, I am 32 yrs old woman having 3yrs boy, my hubby after making separate house from my in laws
(since me & mil did not get adjusted) started staying in his mothers house & never used to come to my house but now he is telling me i should come & stay with his mother( which is very difficult & suffocating for me) or else he will take sanyasi ashrama? so, still i love my hubby i dont want to leave him at any chance at the same time i cant bear my mil's torchure. So what as a family expert suggest me ? if he goes to court just bcoz he is interested in spiritual life he wants to take divorce?
