we had got AB IN 498A WHERE TO APPLY FOR REGULAR BAIL ,WHAT SHOULD ME MY NEXT STEP, I HAD ALSO APPLIED FOR HMOP TO LIVA TOGTHER WITH HER IN LOWER COURT PREVIOSLY BEFORE SHE FILED, 498A AND HEARING IS GOING IN LOWER COURT ,NOW SHE IS READY FOR COMPROMISE

once you appear in the court after filing of charge sheet, the court would take it as a regular bail. To live or not with her is a personal decision which you alone have to make.

once you have got the AB, you would get the regular bail from the court where the case is pending.
