Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello I am Abhijeet from India,Maharashtra. I would like to know whether my wife can claim any property which is in my mothers name. (e.g. Amounts in banks, Property etc), in the event of a divorce.

No she cannot claim such property which is in your mother's name.
