Abj for defamation

Can attachment of property(abj) of wife be made in defamation filed for false filing of 498a.If so any cases studies with judgement.

You can ask for compensation in the matter of defamation if you can prove loss due to damage to your reputation by false case of 498A. for case law contact a local lawyer
