Legal Question in Family Law in India
i have had a very abusive marriage since last 10 years in coimbature, where in my husband used to hit me and tourture you,today i have left my husband and come along with my kids to mumbai,as i stay here with my mom ,as soon i reached here i went to the governmet hospital and got my medical done cause i had knife scras on my body.the next morning i went to the local police station to get a complain registered but the mumbai police did not help me out in any ways they did not file any complian against him.i then wrote a detail complain on what all happened in the last 10 years and sent a registered post to the local police mumbai,commisoner of mumbai,coimbature police local and comissioner police coimbature and also home minister mumbai,still no one is ready to help me out file my complain.
in the mean while my husband in the court house is dening that he has never raised his hand on me and i am cooking stories,he got that grining smile that i cant do anything agaunst him.
today i feel so helpless ,and my kids life in a threat because of no cooperation from the police.
what can i do to get help
