if someone got the acsses order from the court to take his child at his home & delibaretly his in-laws avoiding to meet him to his child( for giving reasons like child is ill,we r going out of station for festival,child's school program is on that day...etc.)then wht. is the solution to avoid this type of mischifes?

you may file a contempt application in the court that the in laws are refusing the visitation rights without a sufficient cause.

You may make an application to the court seeking a 'supervised' visitation rights; e.g. asking the other party to deliver the child at a common place - like school, court, or any other place as may be decided by the court.
