Action against CrPC 125
I had filed a petition in Delhi District court under section 9 '' restitution of conjugal right'' against my wife which is lving seperately for last 5 months. Against this she has filed CrPC 125 for maintenance.
Please advise me how can I solve my problem.

she is entitled to maintenance if she does not have any independent source of income.
You may better consider reconcilliation and try to settle the matter amicably.
the litigation is likely to be costly and unfavourable for you.

you can pay for her maintainance and solve ur problem.
dear you are bound to maintain her so pay her for maintainance.
however there are ways to evade such payments or decrease the quantum. meet personally for them.
