-what action cud a husband take after I start living in rented house with him? what are the conditions which I shud impose on him so that he cud not cheat and leave me again.

- shall i ask for any financial bond and wud it be better to tke orders from the court ? As some ppl says that if he repets the mistrke then same cases gets re-open.. is it true? coz tis time his parents too are stuck in the cases..what are the possiblity that marriage wud last as i have tried a lot and i really donot want to break our relation but problem only starts from his n his family side...also nw i m little worried to stay in rented house due to my security?

-is there any way that i get orders form the court to stay in his parents house, property is in his mothers name . but that was the last residence where i stayed with him. his parents hasnot disowned him yet ,he is staying with them only but doesnot wnt to take me there ?

if it is a condition in the order of court, yes the case may be re opened. yes you may get order from court to stay in parents house provided your husband has a right in that house under Domestic Violence Act. He will not have right in mother's house, so long as mother is alive

you may impose thousand conditions but in case there is lack of mutual trust, no condition can save the marriage. however, you may impose reasonable conditions acceptable to him.
