Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have got Further Action Dropped report from the police duly endorsed by the Judicial Magistrate 2 years back itself for 498A. But right now my wife has filed Cr Op asking direction in the high court to open the closed case. what should I do now? will the case be opened or not?

You may defend your case before HC through suitable lawyer. Depending upon the fact of the case & submission made by you HC will issue the directions.
